A good friend of mine and I went to several of our local McD's and decided just to buy a fuckload of Happy Meals to see what we'd get. Eleven Fluttershys, a Twilight Sparkle and one that just did not even have a toy in it later...
Honestly, it's entirely possible that they did as my coworkers like to do - crack open the satisfaction case and use it instead of actually looking for one of the regular boxes. If that's what happened, then they would at MOST only have 4 of the toys (assuming that they got two different cases from the distribution center - two different toys in each case). And if they have Lily Blossom, then they most assuredly have Applejack, since they come in the same box.
Your best bet though would be to go when it's not very busy - early to middle of the week, sometime after 2PM when their lunch rush is most likely over. If you're nice about it the manager shouldn't have too much of an issue going in the back to see what they have. But if the place is packed on a Friday night, that's when they're most likely to say that what's up front is all they have at the moment.
Thank you very much I believe he went sometime around 7-9pm but I'll try to see if maybe we can go at a different time (he works weekdays from 3pm-2am so it's hard to do that, and the mcdonalds is nowhere near me so I can't even walk to it..). Thanks again
